Reservation and Cancellation Policies:
Reservations canceled less than 30 days in advance have a charge of 50% of the total value of the reservation (value paid as a reservation guarantee).
If you have to leave the hostel before the end of your stay (early departure), or do not show up at the hostel (known as no show), it is considered a cancellation and no refund applies. If you reduce the number of guests once the reservation has been paid, it is the hostel's decision to apply penalties or refund.
Check in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check out is until 11:00 a.m., but if you arrive at the hostel before check-in or if your return flight is after your check-out time, we can save your luggage for free . if you want, you can also request to pay an additional half day and check out later (it will depend on availability),
Once your reservation is made, we will contact you to find out your approximate arrival time in San Pedro de Atacama or Calama airport.
The loss of your room´s keys will have an additional cost of $ 2,000 Chilean pesos.
